I reached my 10%!! Finally, took me quite a while, 14 weeks to be exactly, but now I feel much much lighter, I need to punch new holes on my fav belt, and my jeans are all saggy, but i'm not upset about it.
What i'm wondering is I don't know what my next goal should be? I haven't talked to my leader yet, but I'm just wondering if anyone had an suggestions. Im 5'6'' by the way.

How about another 10% within a shorter time frame - not to kill yourself at the gym of course, but how about (for example) if you went twice a week already, pump it up to three or four... keep your eating habbits steady though - keep doing what you've been doing... just pump up activity! Does that sound like a good goal?
