I think my biggest problems are, not being active enough, eating the wrong foods and eating late
. I tend to go through bouts of deppression every now and then and that doesn't help either. But, try living with 4 men and let's see how your mental state is.
I never really had a weight problem before I had children or when I only had 1 child. I found that the more kids I had, the less active I became and the more weight I gained. Another thing I find I do is, eat what I feed the kids. If I give them chicken nuggets for lunch, I'll eat the same thing instead of fixing myself something different. I'm currently at my heaviest weight ( according to my clothes ). My weakness seems to be sugar ( ice cream and pies ) and carbs ( how I love thee ). Well, that's my story. If you want to know more about me, please feel free to ask. Now on to the buddy. My buddy doesn't have to be in the same state. I want a person who I can e-mail or IM when I need some motivation. Someone I can e-mail, IM, etcetera and say " hey, what are cooking today " or " let's workout today ". Someone I can share recipes, snack ideas, exercise tips, you get the picture.
