I started "Zoning" a couple weeks ago and have been utterly amazed by the results! Within three days I felt like a totally different person! I had energy, was sleeping better, and am not hungry at all any more.
It's hard to tell about the weight thing - I'm much more interested in how I look and feel! - but I did notice the scales have dropped a couple pounds. The big difference is that I'm not all bloated anymore, so I definitely look thinner.
I started the Zone because of its reported advantages for hypothyroidism. I totally agree with that recommendation!
