Thanksgiving Challenge menu thread 10/3-10/9

  • Ok ladies it's a new week and with a new week comes great things! Let's stay motivated and make sure to keep ourself accountable for everything that hits our mouth! We can do it!

    Tuesday~

    L-chicken noodle soup
    s-nothing
    D-ww bagel w/cream cheese & glass of milk

    Wednesday~
    B-ww bagel w/cream cheese
    s-nothing
    L-ww tortilla w/lettuce, ham, tomatoes & light mayo - ff yogurt
    s-cottage cheese
    D-ww bread w/ham & light mayo
    s-4rice crackers, 2 pickles, 2slices toast

    Thursday~
    B-fruit loops w/ skim milk
    s-ww bagel w/cream cheese
    L-ww wrap w/ chicken, tomatoes, lettuce & light mayo
    s-cottage cheese
    D-ham sandwich on ww bread w/lettuce, tomatoe, light mayo

    Friday~
    B-bananna
    s-nothing
    L-nothing
    s-rice crackers
    D-1 1/2 brats on bun, baked beans

    Saturday~
    B-nothing
    s-nothing
    L-nothing
    s-couple mini smokies, couple bites of taco dip w/chips
    D-2 pcs. pizza

    Sunday~
    B-yogurt
    s-nothing
    L-nothing
    s-sunflower seeds and orange juice
    D-turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes w/gravy, coleslaw and a sliver of pumkin pie
  • Thanks for starting the weekly thread for me My internet service was down over the week end and I was hoping everything was still moving

    Monday- was cheat day
    Tuesday-
    B- 1 egg and 1/2 slice ww bread
    s- protien bar
    L- tuna on 1/2 slice ww bread
    s- 1 boiled egg and 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
    S- homeade chili
    s- boiled egg and 1/2 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
  • Well today looks like this

    B- 1 boiled egg and 1/2 banana
    s- egg salad sandwich
    L- protien bar
    s- cottage cheese and 1/2 grapefruit
    S- 1/2 of a 6 inch turkey sub from subway
    s- cottage cheese and 1/2 grapefruit
  • I am changing things up a little....I think that I am at goal this coming Thursday as far as Kops status and if that is true then I am going to start a maintainence way of eating and exercising so my menus will be different from here on out if that is what happens

    B- 1 egg and a sf ff yogurt
    s- balance bar
    L- ? will fill in later we are going out I think
    s- organic unsweeteded applesauce
    S- 3 oz lean steak, small baked potatoe and peas
    s- only if I need one
