Hi! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this great forum!! I've been living the Atkins way since July and have lost 26 lbs. I had lumbar surgery in June and am kind of aggrivated at my limited excercising ability. My neurosurgeon says I can only walk and swim and my physician says I can do those along with riding a bike. I do NOT want to have the surgery again!! Has anyone else here had a lumbar surgery and if so, what excercises do you do?? Again, it's great to be here, I'm sure I will be frequenting often
