    Breakfast
    yogurt with 1/2 cup Kashi 7 grain (it's grapenuts on crack and has no sweetener)
    Caramel coffee with skim

    15 walnut halves
    Lunch
    2 slices Alvarado Street Sprouted Soy Bread theres no white flour at all
    mustard Turkey

    Baby Carrots (DH picked this out!)

  • Phase II--today's menu

    B: 10-grain flour pancake with cheese and canadian bacon (in the pancake)
    S: smoothie made with skim milk, frozen strawberries and blueberries, 1 tsp vanilla, and splenda
    L: broccoli and cheese soup (recipe on board under Phase 2 soups), antipasto salad made with tuna, feta, cucumbers, and greek dressing
    S: frozen grapes
    D: bunless hamburger with yummy fake BBQ sauce, roasted yellow squash, 1/2 sweet potato with Smart Balance spread

    Oatmeal with cup skim milk flavored w/ cinnamon and Splenda

    Hard boiled egg
    Spicy Hot V8

    Lunch
    Sliced chiken breast served over mixed greens and cherry tomatoes
    dressed w/oil and vineger

    Yogurt Smoothie (1/2C ff plain yogurt, 1/4C ff evaporated skim and i/4C regular skim milk, 6 slices frozen banana and 4-6 frozen mixed berries, dash vanilla and Splenda to taste)

    Pulled pork (PI entee recipes)
    BBQ sauce (PI misc recipes)
    Side salad of lettuce and cherry tomatoes dressed w/ garlic buttermik dressing (Adapted recipe from Phase I misc. I used much less mayo)

    Choclate flavored coffee-Brothers Chocalate Swirl ( I make a little extra and freeze to make a soy latte later in the week)
    Peanut Butter Cup - I like this frozen (PI dessert recipe)

    Phase II Tuesday

    Squash Scramble (I added some bell pepper and onion)

    1C Cappicino Caramel SoySlender (Cappicino flavored I add 1/2oz SF caramel syrup)

    dressed w/oil and vineger

    Oatmeal Cooked with 1C skim milk and flavored w/ 1/4 cup chopped apple, Splenda, Apple Pie Spice and dash of SF Caramel syrup

    Dilled Salmon (I take Tues leftover salmon flake and mix w/ 1Tbsp mayo and 1/4 tsp dill) served over spinach w/grape tomatoes or in a regular tomato

    Yogurt flavored w/ SF jello

    Quik Chick (Seared Chicken breasts w/seasoning)
    Brocolli and Cauliflower
    Salad w/ Buttermilk Garlic dressing

    Lunch: hamburger with tomato-onion sauce, sauteed squash, mixed beans
    Snack: apple
    Dinner: Chicken with almonds, roasted eggplant and brussel sprouts
    Snack: no sugar added popsicle or custard made with splenda
