Whats for Lunch today?

  • I was just wondering what everyone is munching on for lunch today? I work in an office where I can refrigerate anything thank gosh, so I brown bag it daily. Today is:
    6 celery sticks
    1 can tuna mixed with 1 T lite mayo
    2 thin slices tomato
    2 thin slices red onion
    Since I KNOW I will be hungry again this afternoon I brought a string cheese for a snack! ( I just like this icon so i used it)...So what is everyone else eating?
  • I had Lean Cuisine Spa Classics Salmon with Basil--actually decent as far as frozen fish goes--and an apple. I brought some cottage cheese with raw veggies for a snack later. And about a gallon of water.
  • I had Campbells soup in hand New England clam chowder
  • I got a "signature salad" from Cosi (mixed greens, gorgonzola, apples, grapes, dried cranberries, and pistachios) with the fat-free balsamic dressing. It is sort of high in fat, but so delicious.

    I had a v-8 for my mid-morning snack.
  • I had a school meeting with my oldest's teacher (at Burger King!) so I had a garden salad with grilled chicken, fairly tasty for 210 cals :-)
  • I haven't had lunch yet today, but yesterday I had brown rice with tofu and vegetables, in a tahini sauce.
  • I'm having a Lean Cuisine meat filled cabbage roll w/ tomato sauce and whipped potatoes...a bottle of water.....and some grapes.
  • Today for lunch I am going to have black beans with sauteed red peppers, lettuce, tomato and salsa on top. I also brought an apple and a string cheese. I usually get hungry when I'm on my way home from work (I have an hour drive, )so I will munch on a little something before I leave. Talk to me ladies, I always need new ideas!
