Can anyone think of a way to make SBD angel food cake? For some reason I am having a terrible craving for it!! So light and fluffy....

Somehow I don't think those egg whites would whip up properly with Splenda. Making an Angel Food from scratch is a real production number but I might give it a try with Splenda and whole wheat flour one of these days.
Anybody got any ideas?
