I exercised today!

  • Thought I would start up this thread to encourage us all to exercise.

    I don't know about anyone else but I need support and motivation - I am great at the eating well part but not so great in the exercise department

    Please post your daily exercise achievements so that we can help each other stay on track and stay motivated!
  • Today I did 20 minutes of yoga and will be walking for 30 minutes a lunch time
  • 30 minute walk at lunch today.
  • Hi there. I joined a gym on Friday. Went on sunday and did 40 mins of walking on the treadmill and today I went to an aquasize class. Man my legs feel like jello now.
  • I worked out at Curves,did 25 crunches and walked my dog twice today.

  • way to go guys along with the change in eating habits the excercise is a big big big help we lose the weight but, we also need to rember we need to excercise to tone our bodies up after what i have lost my legs are jiggly big yuck and my arms are still waving bye long after i have stopped i have been walking 2 miles everyday except the day before weigh ins need to step it up a bit and do some weight training to. way to go for taking the bull by the horn and working out you go girls
  • 30 minute walk at lunch today and I am planning on doing yoga tonight when I get home.
  • My jello legs and wobbly knees need a break. I walked for 1/2 hour yesterday and 3 days in a row of working out, I am sooo sore.
  • I am sore today because I took care of the weeds in my poor neglected late summer garden. 4 hours of bending and squatting and hauling and yanking...owie owie owie.

    I walked my dog for 45 min today.
