My Progress.... GREAT NEWS!

  • Okay I know I am stepping on the scale every day. I can't help it. It makes that day go by with me knowing where Im at and where I am going. So for the past two days I was bummed (a littlt) because I was up to 156 when I was at 155 on Monday. So okay - whatever. I continued my cardio and vented to a couple of friends that I was not down more. Of coarse they were all so supportive and said "keep going it will happen"

    Well this am I went to the scale, thinking okay just be back to 155 and I will be happy. Well..................... I am happier! I am now down to 154.5!!!! YiPpEe!

    This is finally working!

    Anyone who is at a lull with dieting, like I was. Change things up. Unfortunatly this means CARDIO! Yes get out and do Cardio! Wether its in teh basement with a DVD or a gym, or even outside. JUST DO IT! It works!

  • Thanks Dani - so happy for you I am back to my walking routine with DH and Halle. Went two miles last night - yea!!! I also got the bellydance DVD that you bought - my DD and I are going to do it together if we can stop laughing at each other.
  • WOOHOO!! I had the same experience. When I started doing 20 min of cardio 5 days a week, I dropped 4 lbs that week after sts for almost a month. It definitely seems to be the break or breaker! Proud of you!

  • Thanks all. Teri let me know how you like that video. I had stopped for about 2 weeks. But tomorrow I am back to doing it. I think I will do them on the weekends and then workout at the club during week when I am at work after shifts. I miss the belly dancing. and good for that waist!
