I started over a week ago..and half already lost 11+ lbs. That's largely due to me not drinking sodas, sweet teas all the time, I'm sure. Plus, everything is portioned. And, counting those carbs. I'm even on my SO's tail about every carb he takes in...lol

I have a lot of help because my parents have already acheived the maintenance level. My husband left for boot camp a few weeks back and I moved in with my parents for help with the kids while he's gone. All I have to do is be good during the day and I can't go wrong when I'm at home. I have recipes if anyone needs any.
