  • OK, great idea! I'll try AGAIN for 1800 minutes AND Start a weight training regimen! I'll track both. We have 12 weeks until Christmas so let's get moving now!!!!

  • Hey ladies, this is my first time joining a challenge - I've never needed the accountability before, but boy do I ever right now. My exercise challenge is 1500 minutes, which includes cardio 4-5x/week and weights/strength 2-3x/week. My weight challenge is to lose the first 6 lbs. of my 10 lb. Thanksgiving goal.

    This month I am going for 2300 minutes, 500-dancing and 1800 walking. I got off my schedule after my daughter's birthday- 14th-, so hopefully this challenge will get me back up to speed.

    Note- I had to change my goal- something more realistic!!!
