Trimming Tuesday Menu, September 27, 2005

  • Breakfast: None

    Lunch: Core cottage cheese/oatmeal pancake; some smart balance and SF smuckers syrup; banana and grapes

    Snack: FF cottage cheese with pineapple

    Dinner: Spring Mix salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and homemade thousand island; Chunky meat sauce over rotini; green beans or broccoli

    Snack: popcorn

  • I ended up having no breakfast. It was so late when I finished exercising that I decided to just eat brunch. I put a banana into my pancake. It made it too mushy but I ate it anyway!
  • Breakfast: coffee w/cream, lf whole wheat muffin

    Lunch: INdian buffet - lentil soup, curry, butter chicken, naan, etc. - very yummy but I ate too much cuz I was too stuffed afterwards.

    Snack: decaf w/crea

    Dinner:? will wait and see if I get hungry - LO roast chicken and veggies?
  • okay, i'm going to post, too. today was my low point day. here goes:

    l--coconut shrimp, green beans, carrots 15 pts
    s--4 ww breakfast brownies 4 pts ((this is all of this batch)
    d--ff pizza/bell peppers/onions 3 pts

    i had 25 pts and will have to borrow 1 pt from tomorrow. tomorrow i'll have 28 instead of 29 pts.
