    7 am = kellogs raisin bran with skim milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 16 ounces water, yogurt

    10 am = pop corn 3 cups 16 ounces water

    1 pm = slice of cooked ham, mashed potatos, broc, 16 ounce water

    4 pm = 2 rice cakes and 16 ounces water

    7 pm = baked scrod, broc and zuchini, and brown rice and 20 ounces of water

    10 pm = jello 16 ounces water

    total ounces 100

    7 am = 2 lowfat kellog waffles fat free syrup, 6 ounces milk, 2 fat free turky sausages, 1/2 grapefruit and 16 ounces water

    10 am = celery and peanut butter and 16 ounces water

    1 pm = smart one meal, side salad, and steamed veggies, 20 ounces water

    4 pm = 3 cups pop corn 12 ounces

    7 pm = cajun baked skinless chicken breast, white rice, yellow squash 20 ounces water

    10 pm jello and 16 ounces water

    total 104 ounces
