Hello everyone!! My name is Sunshine. I have lost 65 pds and 3 dress sizes in 5 1/2 months! I have never felt better! It is amazing how losing some weight makes you feel! I just had to share my good news! I still have a ways to go but I am getting there!! Heck I never thought I would make it this far!
I know some will ask how I have lost it so here you go! Nothing special. No pills, no WW or slimfast or any of that other money wasting stuff!! Just plain and simple low fat eating and exercise!! I work out about 1 hour a day 5 days a week! If I go to say a party and there is food I don't normally eat!! don't worry about it eat a little not a whole bunch and you will be fine!! There is no need to miss out on the foods in enjoy just control how much you eat !

can u tell me what a typical food day or 2 for u is ? do u count calories? what kind of exercise? keep up the good work u gave me big motivation...
