  • Hello everyone!! My name is Sunshine. I have lost 65 pds and 3 dress sizes in 5 1/2 months! I have never felt better! It is amazing how losing some weight makes you feel! I just had to share my good news! I still have a ways to go but I am getting there!! Heck I never thought I would make it this far!

    I know some will ask how I have lost it so here you go! Nothing special. No pills, no WW or slimfast or any of that other money wasting stuff!! Just plain and simple low fat eating and exercise!! I work out about 1 hour a day 5 days a week! If I go to say a party and there is food I don't normally eat!! don't worry about it eat a little not a whole bunch and you will be fine!! There is no need to miss out on the foods in enjoy just control how much you eat !

    excellent on yr wl, im also trying ,just starting 290 can u tell me what a typical food day or 2 for u is ? do u count calories? what kind of exercise? keep up the good work u gave me big motivation...

    I have never counted calorie! I go by fat content on the labels!
    Lots of low fat foods out there! I have never taken pills or joined a gym I work out at home! I walk every evening for 30 minutes and work out to workout tapes for 1 hour 5 days a week

    Breakfast: Usually cereal with Skim milk or 3 egg whites and toast

    Lunch: Turkey sandwicha dn Fat free or baked chips and maybe some FF cottage cheese. THen one 100 calorie pack of cookies!

    Snack:Banana

    Dinner: Same as every one else but I cook with Fat free butters, milk and etc. and always bake my foods!

    I'm the same as you.. I dont count calories, that would just drive me nuts lol I go by the fat content. Though I dont like using a lot of 'low fat' products. I just choose the foods I like that has least fat than the others.
    I take natural pills that I believe are helping, dont know for sure, but I'm still with it lol ...... i dont exercise much right now, I walk whenever I can, or am up to it. Same goes with dancing. I'm more focused on what Im eating right now, slowly the more energy I get the more I'll be able to do and still have a positive mind set
  • congrats!! i do diuagree about ww being a waste...if you have the willpower to do it yourself great but please dont knock such a healthy eating plan and support system.
