Am I eating too much or not enough?

  • If you have time, I would like any helpful feedback on my meal plan. This is what I had today. Is it too much? Probably need more veggies, right? Picky eater.

    Breakfast

    2 large eggs, scrambled
    coffee

    Snack (I am a teacher, so I don't always have a morning snack time)

    4 oz Cottage Cheese

    Lunch

    Regular size serving of White Chili

    Snack

    15-20 dry roasted peanuts
    one very small slice of cheese

    Dinner

    Pork Tenderloin, grilled
    3/4 can of green beans

    Snack

    chocolate milkshake from the recipe forum
  • Definitely more veggies! Maybe you could throw some chopped ones into your eggs and have either a salad or microwaved veggie with your lunch.
  • cyndyjlo is right you are not eating enough veggies. You need 4 cups a day.
