I finally made the plunge into Phase II. I am a little afraid of the consequences and I was more than a little confused about how to do it. So I guess I'm adding 1 bread serving this week and see what happens. Sound right?
My plan then includes adding a banana a day next week. I guess they suggest fruit first but I have missed my bread SO MUCH.
Do any of you have a favorite commercial bread? I went with Oroweat 100% ww Light. 80 cals for 2 slices, 7 grams of fiber, .5 grams of fat. Yikes, you could spend an hour reading labels in the bread aisle and the names are SO misleading. I used to love Oroweat 9 grain light but guess what - the #1 ingredient is refined flour! Most of the 9 grains advertised are not whole.
Kinda O/T but is anyone else a little irritated that the book is so obtuse? I guess that helps sell their online subscriptions to the pay site. Thanks to the sisters, we have 3FC instead! Wooohooo!
