Monday's Munchies Menu For Sept 26

  • I guess I get to start the menu thread today!!!

    Breakfast: Cereal w/milk & sliced banana, decaf w/light cream (found some fat free french vanilla at grocery store last night!)

    Lunch: no idea! home for lunch is weird - probably soup unless I am feeling inspired to make a salad.

    Dinner - have a chicken to roast! probably w/squash and potatoes (altho I have none at the moment? )and brocolli (got a huge 50 cent head at the farmer's market yesterday).
    sf/ff pudding

    Snack: milk or sf/ff yogurt

    d: sweet & saucy meatballs, green beans, brown rice, milk

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Large spring mix salad with chicken breast, cucumbers, red cabbage, carrot, tomato, ff cheddar, avocado, red onion, and ff honey dijon dressing

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

    Dinner: Smothered barley chicken and broccoli

    Snack: Popcorn
  • Hoping to stay closer to core today, though not off to a great start.

    L: ff refried bean burrito (2 pts), chips and salsa (3 pts)

    D: hamburger (no bun), potatoes, green beans
