  • Monday - Im sorry. My heart and head were willing but the body wasnt.
    No exercise today.
  • Tues- 1 hour mowing , 20 min upper body weights/20 min lower
  • Hey , where is everyone ?? Are you not exercising this week?
    Wed- went to the gym. 30 min treadmill 30 minute ellip
  • Wednesday: I am at roughly 11,000 steps today so far... walking around my students all day really racks up the steps!

  • Thursday- 1 hour watp express challenge
  • Friday- 1 hour at the gym

    Here's mine:

    Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes TM
    Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes TM
    Saturday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, 2 minutes rowing machine, upper body workout, 30 minutes TM.

  • Saturday: My pedometer said 12,435 steps for the day...I don't believe it. I think it was set wrong, and is actually closer to 9,000.

    Thursday: I had 10,031 steps. (the pedometer was set right then! )
  • Saturday and Sunday were lots and lots of yardwork between my house and my moms. Couple hours at least.
    Then tonight I got in 1 hour cardio with light weights workout.
