    Me:

    209.5, down .5 pounds from last week. I thought it was going to be a full pound, weighed an even 209 yesterday, but then had a mysterious weight gain this morning even though I stuck to my diet and exercise program. Ah well, fluctuations are just part of the fun!

    I'm 129.4. Down a pound from last Friday.

    I'm actually up a pound. I won't beat myself up over it though. I did eat loads of cake and french fries this week . So it's my own fault.

  • 200 from 203. So, down 3 pounds, awesomeee!
  • 214 here, had a bad week on cravings which I'll blame on monthly hormonal stuff. :P But I still lost!
  • Weighed in yesterday at 201 - down .5 pound from last week. Not bad, considering I was UP 2 lbs. earlier in the week!
  • Stayed the same.... It is my fault though, I am succumbing to the unhealthy lunches my high school is serving. I need to go find lunch ideas.
  • Two days ago, I was 168.8.. so thats.. .2 in a week. haha

    I didn't do too well last week. I was really blocked up (I'm a sick girl. lol) but today I'm 166.8 so I'm happy about that. I'll have to wait for next week's weigh-in.

    Ya'll be praying I go past 166 haha. That's where I always stop up. Do any of you have weights like that?

  • I'm down 1.5 from last week, to 151. I'm going back in the right direction .
  • I started nutrisystem on August 30th weighing 275 pounds...the weight is coming right off woohoo
  • Today I am 134...down 1 lb. from last week. This is a big deal for me because I have been stalled for a while at 135 lb. (and a little above) for quite a while. I cut my cal's a little and started exercising more. This last week, I have been reviewing workout DVDs (pilates, Denise Austin, etc.) that I want to commit to and fit into my schedule. My goal (as my signature says) is 120.
  • I weighed in this morning at 146. Down two pounds from last Monday - hooray!!
    I decided to make my weigh-in day be Monday in order to help keep myself from overeating on the weekends. So far, it seems to be working!
