anyone remember old system?

  • Hi. I'm a lifetime member who lost my weight initially with the exchange system. You got so many breads, proteins, fats, milks and fr. & veg. I prefer that system, points drive me nuts. Does anyone remember the "old" system? For a woman between 150 - 170. 22 points, but how many breads? I'd be very grateful to have that information again. Otherwise, I'll just have to get used to the points, I guess.

  • I don't have the exchange info anymore, but on 1-2-3 success:

    At the 150-170 pound range, your points are 20-27. Of that, 6-9 should be "breads", 6-8 protein, 4-6 milk 0-3 fruits and veggies, and 2-3 fats.
