Wow.... so I haven't been on the site for a while... and I have really slacked off because of it. I haven't worked out for over a week and have had a few binging days in the last week. I am starting this very minute to get back on track! Tomorrow I am going to go to the gym for 2 hours. I'm going to get back to my good eating habits tomorrow also.... since I am done eating for today.
I feel guilty, but only because I let myself slip. It's okay though. I'm going to get over this and I'm going to keep coming to this site daily, because that really helped. I am also going to start tracking my intake again. I think that's what started this setback. I stopped writing my calories into a food log. It's hard work.... but at the same time it's not.... you know what I mean?
Anyway, I hope that you all have had successful weeks. I'll check back tomorrow!
