2x2 Challenge 21st Sept - 5th October

  • This thread is for anyone that would like to participate in the 2x2 challenge. The 2x2 stands for 2 lbs in 2 weeks.

    For those of us with a lot of weight to lose, motivation can come from breaking it up into much smaller short-term goals, and focussing on those manageable goals rather than the big picture. So lets move it and lose it - 2 lbs at a time!

    How to participate:
    If you would like to join in, highlight the list below, copy it, and then paste it into a reply and add your name at the bottom. The next person copies that list, and adds their name in a reply.
    Next, write down your weight somewhere safe and then check in on the thread in 2 weeks time to report your loss - aiming at 2 lbs loss for the 2 weeks.

    If we lose 2 lbs every 2 weeks, then we are 52 lbs lighter at the end of 1 year!
