Glory to God!

I am a convert to Eastern Orthodoxy and struggle with our faith's fasts. I don't fast to lose weight but my obsession with eating is effecting my ability to follow the fasts of the church
AND on top of that, I am very overweight and am starting to have health problems.

I am 41, female and seperated from my husband (against my will). I have never had children.
