  • Flex Wendie Plan Menu for me:

    B: oatmeal (2 pts)
    S: 1/2 coke (2.5 pts); chips (9 pts)
    L: salad (2 pts); michelina's pizza (5 pts)
    S: celery (0 pts)
    D: grilled cheese (7 pts) and tomato soup (2 pts)

    I'm supposed to have 29 pts today on wendie plan.
  • I messed up my menu for today by rushing out of the house in a hurry, so ...

    Breakfast: McD scrambled eggs (4), McD bacon (3), medium Coke (3)
    Snack: SF jello (0)
    Lunch: Triscuits (2) and light string cheese (1)
    Snack: carrots (0) and dill dip (3)
    Dinner: salad with romaine, broiled shrimp, FF feta, sliced strawberries, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing (5)

    Total for the day: 21

    And I have my four bottles of water sitting on my desk.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in (I still haven't gotten that darned applesauce made yet!)

    Lunch: LO corncakes and grapes

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

    Dinner: Salad (spring mix, mushrooms, tomatoes, FF honey dijon), Core Chicken Fried Rice

    Snack: Popcorn
  • Mmmm....I think one of the first things I'll make when I do the core wendie plan is that chicken fried rice...so good....hungry....

    yes after eating all that I reached for ice cream sandwiches....yup right after DD left. She was home for a visit before she moved far away...threw the rest in the garbage and back on track again. No more junk in this house!!
