Can i combine phase 1 foods and make them into one dish? For example, sauteing garlic, onions and tomato. Then add, chayote or mung bean or mushrooms or shrimp? With water or broth. NO sugar is added.
Is this acceptable in Phase 1?
p.s. I'm on day 3.


I love the simplicity of SBD...I have trouble remembering lots of rules!
