d: not sure yet - either salmon or Mexican Beef stir fry

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Sirloin burger with FF cheese on a bun (3 points); fresh fruit salad
Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple
Dinner: White Chicken Chili with cornmeal cakes
Snack: SF/FF pudding or popcorn

Home - feeling sick today - so not really eating properly at all!
Breakfast: homemade pancakes, decaf w/cream
Snack: lf raspberry muffin, handful of pecans
Lunch/dinner (4 pm!): 1 bagel, egg salad, sliced tomato
nachos w/cheese
sliced watermelon
