Good morning - thought I would start the post today!! I did get on the scale and I thought I would have lost a lot more weight, but only lost .5 lb. Bummer!! Here's what I think happened -- I made a mexican taco casserole last night for dinner with cheese fried rice. I just wanted something different, and my plan was to eat small amounts - WRONG. IT tasted to good I ended up eating more than my share and had the worst case of heartburn I've ever had. Two Pepcid AC's later I was still miserable. Learned a big lesson. Small portions - especially now!!! I imagine there was some salt involved, too.
Okay, how did everyone else do that didn't or forgot to weigh in on Sunday? Fess up now!!! I'm waiting!!
