  • Monday, 20 minutes on the
  • Monday
    21 min = 1 mile on TM
    10 min = 3 miles on Bike
    Whirlpool, steam room & sauna
  • 20 minute walk tonight... that brought the step count up to over 12k after all my errands to big markets today!
  • Monday- did Ramp it UP(45 minutes), and did 1 mile power, boost mile this evening.
  • Monday- 30 min weights
  • Monday, PM..25 minutes of exercise

    Tuesday AM. 22 minutes on
  • Tuesday PM. 2 mile walk

    Wed AM 22 minutes on
  • Made an error on Monday's post. Bike time was 10 min @ 3mph, not for 3 miles! OOOPS!

    Today:
    20 min on TM for total of 1 mile
    10 min on Bike total 1.55 miles (better results today)
    whirlpool, steam room & sauna! Wore me out!!!
  • Tuesday- was 4 mile Express walk
    Wedensday- did Ramp it up(45 min) and am trying to attempt another workout but no promises
  • Tuesday- 45 min cardio workout

    Wed- 1 hour power walk with dd

  • Hi Donna,
    Go to the Weekly Support Board rather than the Weekly Exercise Board, and you will find everything you want there. We're a really nice group of supporters.
  • Monday- 30 min cardio

    Tuesday- 20 min cardio and 1 hr water aerobics class

    Wed- 45 Min cardio/ DH finally want with me for the first time!!

    Thurs- 50 min cardio/ 5 min abs, gotta start small
  • Thursday- 45 min walkblaster with weights
