    9/20- upper body
    9/21- cardio (Tae Bo)
    9/22- didnt
    9/23-lower body
    9/24- sit ups and leg exercises ( suposed to been cardio day)
    9/25-upper body

    AM= 20 min walk to gym, 30min treadmill/30min bike, 20 min walk home

    Sept. 20~
    AM= 20 min walk to gym, 30min treadmill, 20 min walk home

    Sept. 21~
    AM= 20 min walk to gym, 30min treadmill, 15min bike, 20 min walk home

    Sept. 22~
    AM= 20 min walk to gym, 1hr treadmill, 20 min walk home

    Sept. 23~
    AM= nothing - pedicures and wedding rehearsal

    Sept. 24~
    AM= wedding (i did dance a lot)

    Sept. 25~
    AM=nothing
