  • I hate to say. Tomorrow will be much better, though, so don't give up on me yet!

    I had the Spicy Romano Chicken at Johnny Carinos ... Bowtie pasta tossed in a spicy cream sauce with cayenne pepper, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms & artichoke hearts. It was YUMMMM!! I also had a Bellini and some bread dipped in garlic olive oil. I don't think I'll be wanting any dinner, that's for sure!

    zuchinni casserole I made up....
    zuchinni, garden tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic, squash, soy mozerella, sprinkle of corn meal on top with parmesean cheese, splash of canola oil
    will let you know how it turned out.

  • What a depressing day

    Breakfast: 1 slice toast w/margarine, 2 scrambled eggs, decaf w/light cream & splenda

    Snack: caramel apple!!

    Snack while shopping: mango gelato

    Lunch: 2 slices toast, lean kielbasa slices, grape tomatoes, pickle slices, diet pepsi, about 10 jr mints.

    dinner:?? nacho chips w/fresh salsa, handful of pecans

    Well tomorrow's a new day right?
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and banana cooked in

    Lunch: Tamale pie (1/6 of pie) and 15 grapes

    Snack: Cherry Garcia smoothie

    Dinner: Large spring mix salad with mushrooms, tomatoes and FF honey dijon; 2 chicken thighs cornmeal chicken, 1 medium potato made into Core oven fries

    Snack: Hot tea with milk and splenda
