Libbysmom03 ~ question for you

  • Besides the weight, I am going to keep track of my measurements (taking the measurements once a month).

    I have also jotted down my beginning BMI.

    I noticed in your siggy that you listed your body fat %. Did you go to a gym or dr's office to have that figured? I'm curious as I've always been curious to know what mine is.

  • Hey Karen-I am working with a trainer at the gym and he does it for me every 6 weeks or so. Are you working out at a gym by any chance? I know at mine, that if you just ask one of them, they would be happy to do it for you. I'm not sure where else you could get it done. Does anyone else have any ideas?? My trainer says this is the best way to track my loss, especially since I lose weight soo slow. This way he can tell if we are making progress. I tried doing my measurements, but got frustrated b/c they were always so off...I can never get in the same place HEE HEE HEE. Silly me. Good luck to you!!!
