    Seems now that I am back and posting, everyone else has wondered away !!! Do I like have bad break or something?!? LOL!


    How has everyones week been? Anything exciting going on this weekend? We have a football game and some yard work to do but nothing more exciting than that.

    Has anyone tried any new recipes or food combonations? How is everyone doing with their September Challenge? Weekly challenge?

    Well I got back on the scale this morning and it says now I have only lost 2 lbs and not 3, who knows! The real tell will be on Sunday!

    my weeks been great, i bought an awsome acrobic video, the firm it's called. i'm staying OP, this weekend we may visit family, do some work around the house nothing much exciting.

    can't weight for this WI.

    I was out of the office most of the day yesterday, but managed to still eat OT and OP!! Got some exercise as well--another 45 minutes in the pool.

    We have friends coming in this weekend--it's going to be hard to stay OP but I will do my best!

  • Laurie- I didnt post yesterday because I was working so much. I will work a lot today as well. So I will try to keep posting as much as possible. any how, I gained a pound back too!
  • Hi, my sister and hubby arrived about midnight last night so right now they are at the pool getting BURNT!!!.... I am off to the butcher shop to get some nice steaks to grill out tonight as my dh forgot them yesterday.

    Sat. we are off to Ft. Lauderdale for a couple days so I won't be at the WI....

    I feel really good about myself this week. I have been op and doing my exercise consistantly. This morning I weighed 142.6. My goal is 142 by Sunday. If I get there then I will be 2 pounds down from last Sunday.......Pray for me!!!!

    I did weights and 30 min cardio yesterday. Today I will do the same....
