Juicer calorie help!

    My mother just gave me a juicer and I cut up a whole apple, but I dont know how many calories is in the juice itself. Nothing is added and its about maybe 4oz per apple I would assume. Anyone know?

    Look up apple juice in your calorie count book or online. Make sure that you measure how much apple juice is there from the juicer.
