Hotharmony, plateaus like that are inevitable on any diet. They can be frustrating, I know, but they are okay and a normal thing. Try searching this forum for 'plateau' and you'll find several posts with lots of useful suggestions. You'll find that they are just like the remedies for hiccups...everyone has a different one and you just keep trying until you find something that works. The only thing that is for sure is that eventually, no matter how long the plateau lasts ( I had one for 6 weeks once!
