I need weekend help!

  • Hello, all!
    I have a question that I could really use some help on- I'm a college student, and I eat well, exercise, and follow the WW plan during the week. However, once the weekend rolls around, I like to go out with my friends-go to the bars, go to parties. After a few drinks, my weight loss resolutions always go out the door, and I end up eating not so great things. Anyone else enjoy their drinks, but have tips on how to stay on track?
    I would really, really appreciate any advice! Thanks so much!

  • Probably the best way would be to save up your weekly points for parties and maybe rack up some activity points during that day. Your weekdays would be a bit leaner with out the daily extra points to use, but it's best to use the plan the way it fits your lifestyle.

    You might also try slowing down the drinking. Have a soda or something between drinks to fill you up without so many calories. Eat something healthy before you go, too.
