I'm curious to know if this is a common thing among losers. By the time it was getting cold last winter, I had lost about 45-50 pounds, and spent most of the winter feeling like I would never be warm again. I had to learn to dress completely differently than ever in my life - more layers, extra scarf, etc. By this summer, I had lost about 65-70 pounds, and it was the most pleasant summer I can remember in a long time. I would get home, look at the temperature, and be totally incredulous - no way was it 95 degrees! This feels like nuttin'!
Now the mornings are getting cooler again, and I find that I need to bring a sweatshirt with me to the track, lest I freeze to death on the way home.
So this is kind of a weird success story, but I wonder if it's something that any of the rest of you have experienced. After being 70-80 pounds overweight for my entire adult life, and just accepting that I was warm-blooded, this is sort of a cool development....I LIKE it!

I have had my fan heater on at work. In JULY!
