I just got back from my weigh in and I am down 5.6 pounds. That's a total of 11.4 in two weeks. I know that seems like alot for two weeks but I was on nights this past week and I am not one who can eat in the middle of the night so I probably didn't eat what I should have this week. Next week's weigh in should be lower. But it will still be a minus
Just wanted to let you know. I'm so proud of myself.
