I'm on South Beach, and had to go through a sugar withdrawl week ... at anyrate, that was somewhat of a shock to my system..I got tired, cranky,headachy for the first week.. so I just stopped exercising till I felt better and in sync again.. I
did try to exercise but it put me over the edge! Siren, I doubt seriously as far you've come and as dedicated you have been that giving your self time to get use to this new schedule that you'll not get back to your regular routine!!... I do agree that once you feel perkier take a wee walk about to start back on your exercise schedule. And YAY for you that 1) you have a full time job again! and 2) seems like you are Really liking it!
I've been here 3 weeks now Siren..and I'm liken the slower pace, less people, and the folks here are too Dang nice!!! heh heh
