Girls with Goals WI#9

  • Wow that went fast and I wasnt even having fun LOL!! I keep myself in check on this wonderfull holiday weekend I didnt go to overboard and I stil managed to walk three out of four days!! As of this am I am a free woman the kids have gone back to school!! Well not much else to report but the WI!!! To my shock and surprise this am I am down 2.8 pounds this am woohoo !!

  • That is great fatgirlagain 2.8 pounds GREAT ( 169 ) YEAH YEAH!! Well I am a diffrent story I gained 3 pounds this week now TOM has been in town and I just got over him on Sat SO I am hoping maybe he is still around but if not I am soooo mad at myself I tried to watch what I ate this weekend but yesterday BBQ Heaven and I did go a little over board So now in the ninth week and only down 2 so I am not to happy about that maybe this week will be better. Everytime I get going good I mess things up WHY WHY WHY I don't get it. Well hope everyone else did great !!

  • Oh you will catch up and why you mess things up is self sabatoge I DO it too! Could be just Pms bloat too! Try not to focus on it so much just get back to eating properly!!
  • Hello ladies well I weigh in at 210.4 pounds now I did get off 1.6 pounds from my original gain while on vacation but I only loss for 9 weeks is 1.1 pound in all. I did exercise today since I have now started back to work. I need to work on my water intake bit other than that I am doing okay. Congrats to hot momma I am so proud of you keep up the hard work. Stay C you will be alright and when you weigh next week you would have probably have loss all of the weight that you need plus a little more than you think.
    We are going to win this battle ladies so hang on in there and lets fight, fight, fight!!!
  • Thanks Ladies for the words of encouragement. I need a good kick in the as- or and good talkin too. I will not give up and continue to move forward. Great Yvette it's hard to recover after vacation, I also no about the water issue I can only make myself drink two glass when I know I really need 8 glass but I hate it really. We will fight this problem and WIN.

  • Okay water is tough to get down sometimes! What about crystal light, there are many flavours and its not that expensive! I have limited myself to one diet coke per day and only water to drink at work nothing else ( I can have all the water I want at home too)! Heres the other thing the more water you put in the more it flushes out ,the PMS bloat ,drink up will help to get rid of it!!!Good luck ladies cya monday!!!
  • Hello ladies I've had a busy week. Thisy first full week of work and I have to adjust to my hetic schedule again. My eating has been crazy. I usually eat when I am tired or under stress. I can't wait for us to start over with another 10 weeks part 2. I know I have gained and my exercise was not this good this week. So here I am starting over again. I will tell you what I weigh on Saturday morning. Enough excuses I am going to get my eating plan right, I have to learn how to balance my schedule now that I am back at work. I am gong to the grocery store after I plan a least a weeks worth of meals tha are more healthy to eat. I did start exercising again and I am going to do different types of exercise.
