I was reading through a book on running for women the other day and looking through the training schedules... as usual they suggest you start slower if you are sedentary and that's where my eye usually goes first. But, I caught myself and realized, I've been exercising 5-6 days per week for two months now! I'm no longer sedentary.
Welcome to the world of the moderately active! LOL
It may not sound like much but it felt like a huge success to me! I'm still a ways from my goal but my fitness has increased so much and I now feel like exercise is part of my lifestyle. Woooooohooooooooooo!
I'm not a couch potato anymore!
