    Thanks you for making me Aug Exercising Queen., but I think I have to foreit my crown .I was shocked to see my name on the top. There has to be a mistake in my addition I checked my exercising journal and I only exercised for 1850 mins. short 350 from the total shown. SORRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

    I know I did more than my amount, but I can't remember what I did each day that last week as it was all painting, spackling, and hanging drywall type stuff. Suffice to say I wasn't lolling about in bed.

    I'm so impressed with how much all of you exercised...I finally got back into the groove this month and it's made me feel so good!

    Great job. I am starting yoga on Monday (I thought that since I am in India I am kinda obliged to learn it ) so will start my double up workouts. I hope to see great results and you will definitely be on my mind as my rolemodel!

    I up my walking to power walking(morn) 30-45 mins and biking 45 while I watching (even) a T.V. Movie, along with my bike I use my WATP's tapes for 45 to 60 mins. in the afternoon. Being retired I have the opintunity to do so.

    Thanks again for your board and the wonderful people posting that made this possible. Hoping my weight will come off,as smoothly as my exercising routine has.
