  • Double trouble kickboxing tonight! HOOHAH!

  • 10k this morning, 63.5 minutes - 2.5 minutes faster than on Monday, which is good
  • 40 mins need a shower now
  • 10 minutes bike, 30 minutes treadmill and 10 minutes stepper. Was very tired tonight, but I did it. Then in the changing rooms at the gym some lady who I have seen around but never talked to said "gosh you're looking fantastic and have lost heaps of weight well done" Made my night!!!!
  • Lifted weights today.

    That's great, kykaree! Can't wait until I'm at the stage where people notice.
  • Kykaree I bet that was a real ego boost! I have lost a bit and only two people have noticed and it was on the same day, that day I was floating around and checking myself out in shop windows! Hope you keep that feeling!

    I have walked for about forty mins briskly and danced in my parents kitchen for ten mins! I really felt it because for two weeks I have been sat next to a hospital bed I haven't even walked more than to the car and to the wards! I admit I was a bit sweaty but I felt good for getting out!

  • 5k on level 20 hills (44 minutes) plus upper body weights
  • 3 or 4 mile run round the park this morning. Shockingly early considering I only got to bed at 1am...
  • YP you're MAD! I've just got up!

    Did some lovely heavy weights last night, didn't feel like it, but did it anyways and felt better for it afterwards!
