small but...

  • i finally have a waist!!!

i've never had a waist everrrrr!!!!

i just noticed it this morning in the mirror. i was doing my bi-monthly (which usually turns into a bi-weekly bc im ocd...) waist measurement, and i realized that i didnt have to bend my sides to see where my waist was. it was finally obvious and visible!

i have a serious cone/apple shape. whatever weight i gain goes to my stomach and arms.

i can't believe i have a waist...i dont know if other ppl would call it a waist haha, but it's good enough for me so far. i doubt i'll ever really have a truly defined waist bc im also really muscular, but im pretty satisfied so far.
  • Congratulations! Time for shopping?

  • What's the "wrist test"???
  • Congratulations-

I'm curious about the wrist test too.
  • the wrist test is a way to measure your body frame size. wrap the index finger and thumb of your dominant hand around the wrist of the other. it your fingers dont touch, you have a large frame. if they do touch, you have a medium frame. if they overlap, you have a small frame. mine overlap a lot, sooo im assuming i have a very small frame.

here is a website that can help you figure out your ideal weight according to your height and body frame size:
