I have such mixed emotions - I know she will enjoy school because she is very social and loves to be in a group of children, but I wish the time would slow down!!! It seems like she should still be 3 years old!!

My baby started last week. She is my only child. Just seems like yesterday...she was a floppy baby. She is already 48" tall...I keep telling her we need to put bricks on her head to stop the growth. LOL Mine didn't cry..which made me want to cry. She was very familar with the school b/c she had gone to pre-k there 2 years. She kicked me out of her classroom.

It is ok to feel sad about their first day. I was a basket case all day. It does get easier. Hope she had a great day!! Mine loves it.

Thanks Lisa! I'm praying she comes home and says how fun it was!!

Her brother goes to the same school and is in 3rd grade, so she's pretty familiar with the school.
