What is wp and shd ?

I was wondering the same thing, but I just had a light bulb moment -

Do you mean:

WP = Wendie Plan
and
SHD = Super High Day?

I do WP and it is the only way I've found to lose any weight. Don't fear the SHD. I am physically ill the next day and have to force myself to eat the bare mininum of points.
