Well for me for breakfast, I am going to eat 1 yogurt, 6 oz skim milk, 1/2 banana and coffee with splenda. I am trying to stay away from the carbs because that is a danger food for me.
Not sure about lunch yet, probably a frozen meal
For dinner we are grilling out.
What about you guys? Has anyone tried any new recipes?
This is my favorite breakfast.
1 lite English muffin (toasted to perfection), 2 tsp peanut butter, 2 tsp. jelly, 1/2 cup NF cottage cheese, 1 cup canteloupe
sounds YUMMY! but you know me, gotta stay away from that PB! LOL!
My Mil is taking us out to breakfast - UGH!!!! And on m,y first back on plan day - I have to be really careful now!
I am eating a snack now so when breakfast/ lunch comes It will be about 2 hours in between - thats the best I can do otherwise its eat now and dont eat w/ the rest of the family and it would be rude not to eat w/ her - and she's driving down here and paying - SO I do what I got to hopefully it wont effect be too badly for the week ahead.
Lunch- lets not go the yet.
Karen I love the english muffin PB and Jelly , cottage cheese and fruit idea. I will give it a go soon and let ya know.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 turkey bacon
1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 1 tsp jam
1/2 cup strawberries (or 1 fruit)
Glass of water
Snack:
1 Caffe Latte OR 1 medium nectarine & 6 almonds
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich: Two slices whole-wheat bread spread with Dijon mustard and topped with lettuce, tomato, one slice low-fat cheese and two slices of deli turkey
1 fruit
Glass of water
OR
Spinach, Veggie, & Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack:
1 NF yogurt
Dinner:
1 3 ounce grilled steak
1 portion broiled asparagus (or other veggie)
1 small baked potato
Glass of water
