I've been reading some of the post and have read that some of you change your intake of calories? Is this good. I've been keeping my calories at ~1350 (plus or minus 25) everyday. Would it be better to range between 1200 and 1400? I work out at least (if not more) 3x treadmil (2miles) and every other day for abs.
Any answers would be apprieciated. I've been a scalaholic this week becasue last week I didn't lose (I assumed water rentention) and no change this week(offical weigh in is Monday). Aunt flo has shown up. I'm afraid of another no loss week. I've really worked hard so it would be really disappointing if I didn't lose this week too.
