Has anyone ever exercised to:
Denise Austin's Power Zone: The Ultilmate Metabolism Boosting Workout or
Leslie Sansone's WalkBlast Set w/ Ramp?
I received the Denise Austin Power Zone as a gift and I am looking into buying the Sanson WalkBlaster with Ramp if there is good feedback.
Also who has the best ab work-out?
Any advice you can give me would be greatly appeciated.
