i'm on day # 10 of P1 and i lost 7lbs so far. more than that all together. i don't post a whole lot on here, not used to the "forum" atmosphere just yet, but i read a lot and everyone is so inspiring. so, i just wanted to thank you all.

fatchck, you are so close to being in the 200s...that is SUCH a great feeling!!! Good for you!
